Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a therapeutic approach that uses the science of learning and behavior to improve social, communication, and learning skills. ABA is most commonly associated with helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) but is also effective in other behavioral conditions.
Occupational Therapy helps individuals gain or regain the physical, cognitive, sensory, and motor skills needed for everyday tasks. For children and adults with developmental delays, disabilities, or sensory processing difficulties, OT can make a significant difference in how they participate in school, home, and community life.
